Here's is how to keep your account safe
- Never share your verification code or your PIN /password with anyone, not even someone claiming to be from Numida. We will never ask you for them.
- Never send money to an individual person. Repay only through the Numida app, or through the official MTN and Airtel codes.
- Do not log out of your app unless you need to. Staying logged in keeps your records and your loan information available to you.
- Nobody at Numida will ask you for a fee to approve or speed up your loan. There is no such fee.
