Open the Numida app and look at your loan page. You will see one of these stages:
- Submitted. You have completed your application.
- Verifying. We have received it and are checking your details.
- Reviewing. A loan officer will contact you to finalise your application.
- Approved. Your loan has been approved.
- Declined Your application was not successful this time. The reason will be shown.
If the page looks out of date, tap the update button at the top right of the home screen to refresh it.
